Parking is hard to find in that neighborhood, so having a two car garage was a huge benefit. Also, full size washer and dryer came in handy. House was great we would stay here again. "

The best thing is the location - half a mile walk to San Clemente downtown area that has shops, restaurants, and bars, and beach was walking distance too. Plenty of beach gear available to borrow, we used chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards for multiple great days at the beach. Easy access to all parts of San Clemente. The view for sunset was excellent! We would definitely stay here again."

"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...
