T-Street Beach Tours

We had a great stay here and would definitely come back. The room was spotless, spacious, and full of character, with a cute patio, beautiful vintage-style decor, and unique painted walls. The property feels peaceful and spread out, with plenty of space to relax privately. There are several fire pits and seating areas throughout the desert landscaping, along with lots of trees that add to the atmosphere. The pool was clean and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. We also loved the gated parking, which is a huge bonus. The location couldn't be better, with downtown, restaurants, and shops all just minutes away. Overall, a charming, comfortable place to stay, and we'd happily book it again.

I am very disappointed with the hotel’s handling of my security deposit. The deposit has still not been returned, and I am currently trying to resolve the issue with the hotel. Unfortunately, I have not received any response for more than 24 hours. What is most frustrating is that I have been trying to resolve this matter for almost a week. The hotel previously confirmed that the $150 deposit had been released from their side, but the money has still not been returned to my account, and now they are no longer responding to my messages. I really hope this is simply a mistake and that the situation will be resolved soon. However, after almost a week of waiting and poor communication, I cannot say that I am satisfied with the service. I expect the hotel to resolve this matter and return my deposit as soon as possible.
