Excellent place to stay and not expensive. Jay & Malu are live in managers and are on top of everything. Clean rooms, free parking, minutes from the beach. Look no further than Hotel Avenida

Room was spacious and clean. Parking is easy with two levels and plenty of street parking. I conducted a number of business being for the room and it was plenty quiet. Overall, I have a recommend great room, great price, great people!

I have stayed at Hotel Avenida several times and I keep coming back because the live-in managers, Jay & Malu are a pleasure to stay with. They maintain the property impeccably, the rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The prices are very competitive and you wont find a better place to stay. Location is fantastic, it is a few minutes from the beach and downtown San Clemente. Highly recommended
