I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. Nice pool areas but the spa wasnt staffed. Overall the staff was rather indifferent. Breakfast isnt served until 8 am, which is fine if you're there as the destination. Carpet was dirty but the AC worked great. Bathroom was tiny.

Decent hotel, close to the ski slopes. It's not exceptionally fancy but the SPA area was nice and the apartment was spacious and comfortable
