“No breakfast ”

“The breakfast was very basic: waffles, cereal, oatmeal packs to make, there was some fresh fruit, and coffee. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. It is an older hotel, but it was updated. For the price and my one night stay it was comfortable. I will return when passing through.”

“I was going to stay here for the Germanfest Bike Rally, because the first place selected was horrible. However, this is too far from Meunster, TX. Stay in Gainsville, TX is you plan on attending the Germanfest in Meunster, TX. This cleanliness of this place was 5-6/10 and not worth the $ for the additional time in the car to the Germanfest.”

“The check-in process was easy. The staff was helpful with explaining all the amenities. Paying ahead for breakfast is a little different. I order it from their onsite restaurant and leave my room number. Compared to a buffet the portions are smaller, but the food is better and produces less waste. The room is well decorated and has some decent space. The TV is a nice size, and it has a space for my laptop with conveniently located electrical outlets. There is a nice lounger next to the window.……

“Not the fanciest but was clean. Front desk was helpful. Outside was well kept and lit. Stayed with dogs and felt safe walking them for potty breaks even at night. I would stay again.”

“Beautiful well maintained large marina, beautiful lobby area, our room was nice. Right near State Park. In the park if you’re traveling with kids is a wonderful playground and beach area..”
