"Overnight stay. Place is run down. Doors dont shut completely. Ceiling was falling down over the shower. Several bugs. AC didn't cool very well. Will not stay here again. No access to any places around due to a one way road."

A small town with quick access to the Dallas metro area. Great shopping only minutes away. Home of Babe’s Restaurant. The absolutely BEST chicken, catfish and country sides ever, served in a fun, family style atmosphere.
