"En general estuvo bien, sólo les comento que tienen que solicitar el control remoto de la televisión al registrarse, a nosotros no nos lo dieron y ya no fuimos por el por que registras tu llegada en un lugar y las cabañas se encuentran a unos 5 mimutos de ahí (en auto). Hay chimemea pero si la quieres usar debes salir a buscar donde comprar leña, en el hotel no venden. El personal es amable. El lugar es agradable, las cabañas están limpias, la cama cómoda, son muy austeras y en general...

"Perfect place to spend time with friends. The house is fully equipped and extremely comfortable. Ideal for relaxing and decompressing. We loved spending time in the roofed terrace. Even though it rained a few times, we were still able to feel as if we were in outside. Note that there's about 1 km of unpaved/uneven road leading to the property."

"Excelente location with beautiful view, is super quiet, relaxing and clean. But, what makes this place even more special is the service from the staff, we were greeted at the parking by Miguel, and at the front desk by Conzuelo, both made us feel welcome in a warm way. During our stay both were very attentive, polite and friendly. The food is delicious, the chef Roberto accommodated any special requests. We want to thank Conzuelo, Miguel, Roberto for going above and beyond in delivering exceptional service. They and the rest of the staff are truly an asset to this beautiful Hotel. "
