We frequently visit watercolor and seaside with the entire family, but this was the perfect little bungalow for the two of us. Super clean, staff was friendly, convenient parking, and our umbrella and chairs were set up every day in a great location just off the main pier! It is small, but it was perfect for our five day mother-daughter trip! Will visit again!

Location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and most importantly, the beach! Bungalow is small but was so cute and clean and just the right size for two. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Laverne and the concierge were friendly and helpful. Be sure and check out Black Bear for coffee and breakfast. I also loved that we already had beach chairs and umbrellas reserved for us during our stay.

Highly Recommend The Court

The location couldn't have been more perfect and central to all of the shops and restaurants. Having beach chairs and an umbrella already reserved for us with access to the Coleman Pavilion was a worthwhile perk. The room was clean and the perfect size for a couple's weekend away. Also, Dan is the man and was super hospitable and helpful. He gave us a bottle of wine to help us celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be back!

They are truly there to ensure your stay is magnificent. The location can’t be beat...a 3 minute walk takes you to the gated beach access where you are met by a staff to take you to the beach set up that is included in your reservation. If you don’t want to go to the beach, you are literally steps away from all of the shops and restaurants that Seaside has to offer. The rooms are on the small side but very well appointed with everything you may need, even down to a water jug to take to the beach. Overall, you can’t beat the cleanliness, service and location of The Court and we can’t wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I spent 3 nights and 4 days at The Court and stayed in cottage #4. Let me first say...I am a fairly tough critic as I am very picky. The communication via text the day of our travel was great. They let us know our room would be ready early and we could check in as soon as we arrived, which was 11:30am! The staff met us at our car as soon as we arrived to explain the parking, help with our luggage and show us to our room. He showed us around our room and explained everything we may need to know during our stay. Like how to get fresh beach towels when needed, where to get ice and fresh drinking water to take to the beach. Showed us the water jug thermos and mugs they provide for us to fill and take to the beach. As soon as we got to the beach our umbrella and chairs with our name were already set up. They were set up every day in the same spot by 9am until 5pm. The location was great to everything. They provide complementary bikes during your stay which you walk directly across the street to pick up and keep until the day you leave. The room was so cute and very clean and stocked with plenty of towels, bathmats, washcloths, and hand towels. Attached to The Court is Black Bear coffee shop, they serve coffee, great pastries and other breakfast options. They are over priced but good and oh so cute. I’m a sucker for cute so I paid the price! If I could give one suggestion, it would be to add another luggage stand in each room. We will definitely be repeat customers to The Court.

Bed was wonderful. Shower was fantastic! We really enjoyed our room.There were a few negatives:1. Bikes that were given to us were not good at all. (We ride bikes often!) 2. The Dial soap doesn’t seem to fit all the rest of the hotel’s ambiance.3. Dan, our concierge, was helpful and friendly, but he told us he would text us codes for a variety of things & he never did. (There was only one other room being rented so it shouldn’t have been a problem.)4. The rooms are wonderful, but way too pricey!

Dan and Bridget did a great job in making our stay special and fulfilling our requests. I only have two items for improvement: 1. It’s inconvenient to require the guests to use the Colman beach entrance when the East Ruskin entrance is just across the street. I had to lug my SUP all the way over to Colman then back over to our set-up which was almost back to the East Ruskin entrance. 2. The bathroom should have a door instead of just a curtain. If you fix these issues the Court would be perfect.
