Adagio E103 is one of Your Friend at the Beach's five star condo - updated with all new LVP flooring throughout.
Sliding glass doors open to a view of the pools and a ground floor patio complete an outdoor seating area and an table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The living area features a large Smart TV and plenty of seating for the entire family (sleeps up to eight)
The dining area features a large table with tables and a bench for seating up to eight people - plus the three barstools at the counter top.
Adagio E103's kitchen is made for family get togethers - plenty of dishware (both china and plastic), drinkware and silverware and a full compliment of cooking pots, pans and utensils. You will find all the appliances you need - from a gas oven, microwave, stand alone ice maker, blender, crockpot, French door stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal.

The bedrooms feature freshly updated bedding:
Master bedroom with KING size Tempurpedic mattress, 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone chargers, flat screen TV and a desk/chair if you need to work remotely while you live luxuriously at E103.
Adagio E103 boasts the most updated private master bathroom at Adagio. The master bathroom includes an all new tile shower, soaking tub, double sinks, 100% cotton towels, shiplap walls, gold-accents and of course, a hairdryer, hand soaps and shower soaps.
Second bedroom has a King size Sealy mattress, 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone chargers, flat screen TV plus a private bathroom with a all new tile shower and 100% cotton towels.
Third bedroom has two FULL size beds with 100% cotton sheets, bedside phone chargers, flat screen TV and an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combination, 100% cotton towels that also opens to the hall.
BONUS bunk room with twin beds with privacy doors. Each bunk bed has its own TV!

You will experience the luxury of 100% cotton sheets and towels on high end mattresses. Adagio E 103 is located in the E building on the southern side next to D building. Just a few steps to the 8,000 square foot tri-level pool and less than a two minute walk to the beach walkover for Adagio's private beach.
Parking for two vehicles only (limit of eight people per condo per HOA rules). Extra spot may be available for a fee through the HOA.

On-site gym, open 7 am to 10 pm. Spacious hot tub subject to privacy hours (no entry after 10 PM)
Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups.
Please read our reviews on VRBO/Homeaway because all reviews that we receive are posted - not just the five star ones! VRBO wisely insists that we post all reviews - or none at all.
Beach chair service is available (March - October) but is not included in rental rate. You may bring your own chairs and umbrellas. We provide two bike rentals for your visit, you just pick up at the onsite office of La Dolce Vita.

RESTRICTIONS:
No trailers, boats, jet skis, golf carts or RV's, propane tanks or cookers are not permitted, there are four gas grills provided at Adagio.
Please no tents or canopies permitted on the beach per HOA.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express
Check-in is 4 PM, Check-out is 10 AM. We do call you if the condo is ready early so you can start your vacation sooner!
