With multiple living areas and tons of space for everyone to gather together, this laid-back 30A townhome keeps you close to the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico, while also being only a few steps away from delicious dining and some local favorite spots for snacks and souvenirs. With three bedrooms and four bathrooms, your whole crew will each have a private spot to relax while you enjoy each other’s company in your beautiful beachy oasis. On the main level, the living area is completely open and features luxe leather furnishings and ocean-inspired artwork. A cozy corner fireplace adds just the right touch of warmth to a chilly coastal evening, while the large HDTV makes it easy to host a family movie night. Nearby, a formal dining space has a farmhouse-style table with seating for six. A sunny sliding door leads out to your private terrace where you can sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail while immersing yourself in the gentle sea breezes and enjoying the peekaboo gulf views. In the pristine kitchen, white cabinets and gleaming granite countertops surround a full suite of high-efficiency appliances, including a smooth-top electric range, refrigerator, microwave, and stainless steel dishwasher. The u-shape design of the kitchen allows for a peninsula bar, where casual stools are the perfect spot for the kids to perch while waiting for blueberry pancakes or an after-beach snack. The first of three bedrooms is the primary suite, with a luxe king-size bed facing a large HDTV— perfect for watching movies in bed. Glass doors lead outside to the terrace, and an ensuite full bathroom features a double vanity and a spa-like step-in shower with a built-in bench. The second bedroom is a spacious and flexible bunk room, with a queen-size bed as well as a built-in twin-over-twin-size bunk bed for the kids.
