We traveled to Santa Rosa for a family wedding in Sonoma County and needed a base of operations for just over a week. This property was exactly what we needed—a safe (albeit somewhat "high-density housing") neighborhood, with plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, space for me to work while the family played, and a well-appointed kitchen we could use to keep from having to dine out for every meal. The host was amazing from start to finish! Ample & open communication leading up to our stay, and then very accommodating with information once we were checked in. And just a note on the neighborhood. While the neighborhood was definitely along the high-density housing lines, we had ample parking during our stay...and plenty of privacy, too.
