"NOISY.
Imagine motorcycles 24/7 with loud mufflers racing up and down the street 20 meters from your room.
The toilet in my room leaked for the entire stay. They decided to address it at 9:30 PM by shutting the supply valve off. The maintenance man couldn't figure out which way to put the tank lid on correctly.
Front office was supposed to check on a snorkling tour and ATV rental for me. Zero follow up or response in 4 days.

"J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit. C'est en pleine nature, on peut y voir beaucoup d'animaux. Les équipements sont un peu rustiques, mais ça donne un vibe plus authentique.
J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à jaser avec Jim (le propriétaire), c'est un homme fascinant, il semble un peu rough, mais est une bonne personne.
La route pour s'y rendre à partir de Montezuma est un chemin de terre, mais était en très bon état (janvier). Il y a de bons petits restaurants à 5-10 minutes a pied de l'hotel."
