"The front desk staff was so friendly! And the hotel is prime location to ferries, train, night life, shopping, restaurants, hiking and more. Quick ferry to portofino and Santa Margherita. Rapallo is definitely the best location in the area"

5 stars in Rome, Florence, Asissi and rapallo… all had amazing breakfast except this hotel ….its older , but no excuse to be the best … you must look what other hotels serve …. canned fruit is not acceptable "
"Fantastic staff. Very nice and helpful. We spoke Italian but they are fluent in English as well. Very accommodating and plenty of suggestions if needed. Didn't get to use spa but nice breakfast each morning , good espresso and you can walk to virtually anywhere in town. Close to boat rentals as well. Will be back when we visit Rapallo again"
