"We loved everything about this hotel. Great location, the service, the room and the amazing breakfast with Tokyo train station view. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who want to stay close to Tokyo station with great service. The bed was comfortable and the room wear was super comfortable that we wished we could buy one :)"
"Nice hotel and room. Very spacious and fully equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Good location near numerous stations. I would definitely return. "
"Rooms are small but have everything you might need: small desk/table, amenities, good shower. Lighting in bathroom was terrible for make-up application (but that's not unusual in a hotel!). The bed is my primary complaint: it was very uncomfortable.
The hotel housed a large public bath, which was a nice activity after a long work day. All employees were very nice and I had no problems communicating in English.
I did not eat at the hotel - the restaurant is quite high-end so not suitable for a business trip when you just want to grab a quick dinner. But for a more formal dinner it looked like it would be great.
I would definitely stay here again."
"The hotel is like 2mins from the train station which is awesome. The staff is very friendly and we really enjoyed our time at the Onsen/spa. I recommend this place!"
"Kind staff, beautiful and calm hotel, in a relaxing area 10 min walk from the stations! Surrounded by coffee shops and a convenient grocery right across the street. They also let you create little baggies of bath salts for free which was a godsend after a long day of walking! Would stay here again :)"
