The bright exterior of our four bedroom, Queen Anne Style Victorian Home, cheerfully welcomes you to this unique charming property. Perched upon Warren Square The Harper Abode comfortably accommodate up to eight Lucky guests.

The entire home gleams with natural light, and boasts with high ceilings, original, decorative hearth and tasteful furnishings. Both living spaces can comfortably seat your entire party, both fitted with A flat-screen TV, and original fire places that are now decorative. Both spacious kitchens have been tastefully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space to prepare home meals. Tucked away, you'll find each dining space can seat up to four guests.

The first floor features original pocket doors, a classic feature in Victorian homes, that separates the living area from the primary bedroom. The original hardwood floors extend into the primary bedroom, where you’ll find another decorative hearth, mirrored armoire and a carved wooden headboard above the king-size bed. There is a full-bathroom just before the kitchen, with a tub-shower combination. Off of the kitchen is the second bedroom, which has a queen bed and fully renovated, en suite bath, tub-shower combination and a large vanity.

Upstairs, you'll find the additional two bedrooms, and a large bathroom that offers a serene setting with marble countertops, and a large subway tile soaking tub/shower combination. Down the hall, you'll find the guest bedroom which is fitted with a bunk bed perfect for children, or singles of the group. At the front of the home, the primary bedroom awaits, with an ample amount of windows, another original fireplace with brickwork, and a comfortable King size bed.

Step outside to the cozy, private courtyard where a bistro set waits for you to enjoy your morning coffee, and a gas grill is available for bbq-ing on a sunny Savannah afternoon. You’ll be just minutes from the excitement of River Street, with Savannah’s best shopping, dining and historic attractions all within walking distance.

Guests have access to two designated/reserved parking spaces in the lot directly behind the home.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
