Hotel Camino Real is an excellent hotel to spend you time in Peten/Tikal an amazing staff makes you feel like a movie star … they are so amazing providing customer service and the food as well unique… great variety of food for breakfast, Lunch/Dinner …Defiantly would be back to stay , just because the staff, GM should be proud of his team.

Very excellent property

I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away too so it is conveniently located. The market is right there so it was very easy to grab food, fruit, and other produce.

Las instalaciones son bellas, pero el personal es completamente incompetente, no saben absolutamente nada de servicio al cliente. Es decepcionante ya que el hotel es bello y podría ser una gran experiencia.
