“This was probably the most outstanding property we have ever rented...and we travel and rent all over the country frequently. The home is beautiful, immaculate and so serene. “This was our second stay at this charming cottage, perfect mix of colonial feel and modern amenities. Plenty of space for us and our dog. Everything we needed was included. Location is close to village and beach. ”

“We had a nice stay in Patchogue while visiting friends and family during spring break. The house has all that you would expect - toiletries, kitchen tools and supplies. Very close to Main Street Patchogue and a variety of delicious restaurants.”

“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”
