The living area offers plenty of room to gather after exploring the shoreline, and a DVD player for movie nights. Step outside to enjoy sea views, a backyard with outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill for easy alfresco meals.

Unwind in the private hot tub, or head to the year-round communal pool at the Del Mar Recreation Center when you’re ready for a swim. A private washer and dryer add convenience to longer stays. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this home works well for families and small groups looking for a simple, well-located base near the ocean.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 2 cars. Sea Ranch does not allow overnight street parking. No extra parking beyond what’s described.

• Stairs: The home has stairs. Please see photos to ensure it’s a good fit.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Sea Ranch’s rural/remote location, internet speed and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable and are not guaranteed.

• Communal Pool: The communal pool is located at the Del Mar Recreation Center and is open year-round.

• Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please choose a different Grand Welcome home if you plan to travel with pets.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
