“It was very nice apartment, looked brand new. Had lots of comfort items to make it feel like home. Little things that didn’t affect my rating: shower conditioner and body weren’t refilled for our stay so ran out on day 2; we were only given 2 days worth of coffee for a 4-day stay; the master shower and sink vomited up sewage and we had to get maintenance and cleaning to fix it which was a several hour process; the property was way too crowded, especially the pools. Otherwise we had a great time...

“This property was in good proximity to Disneyland, which was the basis of our vacation and stay in Anaheim. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house was nice and clean. The amenities of having a pool table, big screen TVs, hot tub, and swimming pool made our family vacation enjoyable.”

“Our family stayed at the property for 3 nights during a quick SoCal visit. The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. Check-in and check-out were both quick and convenient as was communication with the property owners. The property was everything we were looking for and needed. Hopefully our next stay will be longer!”

“This is advertised as a million dollar mansion with spectacular views but it is an absolute dump. The house was disgusting and filthy. The floors made your feet black, the sheets had stains on them, and their was dust everywhere. The pictures of the home make it seem that is well put together. In reality, there are dirt on the wall, holes in the floor, ceilings, and walls. When an area is touched up with paint, it is done with a different color so the overall house looks run down and old....

“With the exception of the weekend rain, the stay at Terranea was perfect. The villa was spacious and beautifully appointed. Also in a very quiet area of the resort. Great communication with the owner.”

“Beautiful villa, amazing amenities with outdoor fireplace, hot tub and views of the golf course and Catalina. The only hiccup was the refrigerator didn't work. We notified the owner and they were quick to respond, but it did take the resort a full day to provide a mini frig. Between the mini and the wine frig, we made it work. However, not ideal for the amount of money paid for the unit. I hope it gets fixed before the next tenants.”

“We absolutely loved the cottage and experience with our host. It felt like we were staying in someone’s home as special guests. The kitchen was incredibly stocked with everything we needed to make an Easter Brunch. Unfortunately, it rained half of our visit but what a perfect place to be cozy indoors, to relax and enjoy some unusual down time. We can’t wait for our next visit to use the beach chairs and other warm weather amenities. Best rental experience !”

“Love love love this place! Management was accommodating and nice also informative on arrival . The location is next to literally everything. We didn't have to uber anywhere . We walked to eat and to the mall to shop. Stayed here a night before our cruise and the terminal is not far at all. Highly recommend and would stay again!”
