PROPERTY LAYOUT AND NOTES

Guests have the entire original 1,000-square-foot bungalow to themselves. My own home is an attached modern unit located behind the bungalow. The entrance to my home is through the backyard, so you may occasionally see me walking through the front yard briefly. The bungalow and front yard are fully private for your stay.

Outdoor security cameras are installed on the roof and face the street for safety.


AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Airport shuttle service is available for an additional fee with 24 hours advance notice, depending on scheduling. Please contact me for availability and details.

This was such a great little place to stay for our week in Seattle! It had nearly everything we could have needed, from grilling to entertainment! The beds were a little uncomfortable for two adults, but great for our teenagers! Having the beautiful yard for relaxing was amazing and access to the hot tub was a plus! Our host was very considerate and helpful when called upon! We felt safe where we were located and it seemed to be a lowkey neighborhood over all!

Peaceful escape!

The cutest bungalow and yard made us feel secluded and cozy! Everything was clean, it was super easy to communicate with the hosts about hot tub use, and overall just loved the little place! Highly recommend for a seattle getaway.

Peaceful Refuge in Big City

Cole’s place is comfortable and clean. The front garden is a very lovely place to sit and enjoy. The beds and linens were great! It is definitely a nice place to return to after site seeing in Seattle. It’s quiet and removed from the hussle and bustle. After spending a few weeks in the islands, we weren’t quite ready for a big city again. So it was very nice to return to this lovely cottage. Even though it isn’t right by a lot of the tourist sites of Seattle, all were still easy to get to and Highway 5 is nearby so location wasn’t a problem for us. Cole was a very friendly and responsive host.

Stayed here while attending a conference in Seattle. Wonderful home with all the amenities and very friendly and helpful hosts. I brought my dog and he enjoyed the private fenced front yard and awesome dog park down the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!!

This cottage is so adorable and the perfect place to stay when you’re in Seattle. The house is perfectly set up and has lots of space to enjoy your time while you’re there. The owner is a delight to talk to, gives lots of information on things to do in the area, and the location is great for whatever you’re going to town to do. They have everything you need for your stay and parking is a breeze. The house is so cozy and we will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Such a great place to stay in Seattle. Host was very accommodating and house was perfect for a couple to relax. Location is close to main highways to head out and see the sights. Hot tub was great after hiking at Mt. Rainer. Highly recommend this VRBO!
