This location was great in the downtown area it’s near transportation and a few minutes from shops restaurants. The host was very nice gave great information on how echos set up at the location. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for letting stay here it was a great experience.

The check-in process was not smooth and caused a lot of stress. According to the instructions, I was supposed to send a message when I arrived at the door so that it could be opened. However, even after sending multiple messages and making phone calls, I received no response. I was unable to enter the room until I contacted Expedia for assistance. As a result, it took about one hour from the time I arrived at the apartment to actually get into the room, which was well past the scheduled check-in time. Additionally, there were groups of people gathering in front of the apartment, and the area did not feel very safe. While I understand that the price and room size may come with certain compromises, I do expect a reliable and smooth check-in process.

The apartment was a little small with little natural light and smelled strongly of having been recently cleaned. However, we had everything we needed in the apartment and it felt very safe and secure. It is within easy walking distance of public transportation, Pike Market, and other attractions. Vince was quick to respond to both text and email and made our stay in his place stress-free.

I'd call this a "not quite ready for prime time" property. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished, the full kitchen was well stocked with tableware and cookware, and the apartment was an easy walk to downtown. But the little things... The remote mechanism for unlocking the door didn't work (dead battery) and the owner didn't respond to texts or emails right away (we arrived exactly when we said we would), so we cooled our heels for a while in the hall while the owner tried various solutions, eventually letting us into a different apartment to wait while someone came to get us into our place. The fob that opens the building door didn't work (but the 6-digit building code did throughout our stay, so this wasn't a significant problem). The apartment has no place to sit and eat a meal comfortably (we resorted to the living room sofa and coffee table). The AC unit is awkwardly placed and VERY noisy. The shower is awesome, as long as you remember that the hot and cold faucets turn in opposite directions. It takes forever for water to get hot in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The lighting in the living room is too dim for reading comfortably. All little things, but they do add up....

Wonderful location within walking distance of MANY destinations. Clean and cozy room to stay in, quiet and safe place to stay. We enjoyed the week, especially being able to easily walk to everything we needed within 20 minutes.

Parking Disappointment

The downside to this was I didn’t find out about the parking situation until the day of arrival. I’ve never been to Seattle so I was unaware of a parking problem. I wouldn’t stay here again because of it. We rented a car and then have to pay for parking.

So disappointed

I am so disappointed with my whole experience with this studio. My husband and I were so excited to visit Seattle for the first time and decided to book this space for the weekend. Within a few days we were told to register all of our information again through a 3rd party website. On this website we were asked to put in our information yet again, photos of our ID and our credit card info. I was very nervous about this, as there have been so many scams and fraud through 3rd party cites and stated that I would not be comfortable giving my information that way. I said I would be more than happy to do this in person, but they said there is no staff available, so it's not possible. I was then told that they would not be giving me the key code information if I do not give all of my information to the 3rd party website. After speaking with my bank about this, they said that I should NEVER give my information on a 3rd party cite (scam) so I decided not to. I spoke about this with Vince and I was told I would not receive a refund and that they would not allow me to stay even though I had paid in advance for the 2 nights.
