“A really amazing property and possibly my favorite of our week long trip. We were only here one night, but it was perfect. The view was incredible and the space very clean. My only very small and easy to fix complaint was that all the amenities weren’t listed or were unclear. There is nowhere very close to eat or get groceries so we planned to only have a kettle. When we got we had a set up for an electric cook top, pan, and some other things. Also, it wasn’t as clearly listed that we would have……

“This cabin and guest house was just right for our group of 4. We had one couple and a father with adult son. It was easy to find and located where starry skies and northern lights were amazing. It was clean with basic amenities and the owners were easy to communicate with. Hot tub was clean. Note that the twin beds are in a loft with very low ceiling. Perfect for kids but slightly tight for adults. Nearest store is in Selfoss so plan accordingly. ”

“The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean, modern, and spacious for our group. The beds were set up to accommodate our group dynamics (couples versus singles) and extra pillows provided. The kitchen was well stocked for meals, and the hot tub and sauna were a great addition for the evenings. The biggest perk was the location in regard to the Golden Circle sights. We were able to visit everything in the area with only a short drive and then Selfoss was nearby for meals and the grocery……

“Es war ein atemberaubender Aufenthalt.. dass ganze cottage ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.. die Schwestern waren immer erreichbar und hatten viele Tipps und Ratschläge.. vom cottage aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im golden Circle , im Süden bis nach Keflavik und Reykjavik besuchen.. die Küche hat alles geboten so dass kochen und backen entspannt möglich war.. wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus buchen”

“Incredible location, new, clean and comfortable place to stay. The host was great at communicating. We had problems getting the gate opener but eventually were able to get in. The only improvement would be to have more towels available. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“Great cabin for exploring the golden circle. Felt like you were experiencing the country but in reality was only 1 minute off the highway. Perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Cabin is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils if you want to cook supper and breakfast. ”
