"My family and I had a great experience staying at the Western Holiday Lodge Three Rivers. The personnel is very welcoming and kind. The room we stayed in was clean and ready for us. Breakfast was provided, they have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has a beautiful view of the mountain range. The hotel is very family friendly. Outside of the hotel they have a public area with a pool and kids playground and seating area. Behind the hotel there is also a lake you can walk too. It is also conveniently close to Sequoia National Park. "
Charming bungalow with an Amazing view of Sequoia National Park in Three Rivers.

"Had a great stay with Terry and Noel. They were very accommodating host. The place was very cozy and comfortable, clean and functional. The kitchen had everything I needed and I loved the outside deck for an evening drink. Breakfast was wonderful out in the table in front in the shade under the trees. The place just had a peaceful wonderful vibe, very comfortable. Everything you need."
River Villa with Pool and Spa ~ best swimming hole in town
10/10 Excellent
"My family thoroughly enjoyed our week! We used every aspect of the property. Everyone loved the river watering hole, watching the wild turkeys and deer in the mornings and evenings, swimming in the pool, and eating all together at the large indoor and outdoor table. The house is spacious and beautiful; I would recommend it!On the less positive side, which is being picky, the skillets need to be replaced, very difficult to cook in and harder to clean, missing smoke detector in second bedroom on main floor and we were led to believe there were 3 beds in both upstairs bedrooms, but only 1 in one of the bedrooms. The rollaway beds wouldn’t hold anyone’s weight, but my 5 year old granddaughter was happy with the mattresses on top of each other. There was plenty of sleeping room for all 11 of us, just not what was expected. We would happily return to this vacation house!"
"Great place to spend our vacation. Close to Sequoia National Park, plenty of food options nearby, and there was hiking on the property that you could do as well."
Spacious 5-bedroom house in awesome Three Rivers with AC, fitness room, WiFi
10/10 Excellent
"We had an awesome time staying at this property. It's right on a beautiful section of the river and really close to the main gate to Sequoia NP. The house is also really close to the village of Three Rivers with the following all within a five-minute drive: food markets, a frozen yogurt place, gas stations, a bar/grill with outdoor seating on a deck overlooking the river, a Pizza Factory, etc. It is in a super convenient location but when on the property you are in a secluded and beautiful environment. We spent 4 nights in the house with two of our kids and their families, including 6 grandkids and had a wonderful time. The host was awesome and very responsive. Highly recommended!!! (side-note - when we were looking to book several months ago, we noted a low rating transferred over from another booking service. We investigated and found the reviewer had a "one-off" issue and, in our opinion, posted a very unfair review.)"
"The property is very close to the park. Room was clean, quiet, and just next to the little river. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!"
*Specials* 😍 Stunning Main Fork "Kaweah River House" -1/2 Mile to Sequoia Park
10/10 Excellent
"This was a wonderfully relaxing home, and the stream in the back looks even better than pictured. The hosts could not have been more helpful. They did everything they could to make our stay perfect, from before arrival to our last moment there."
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Rock Cabin! Falling asleep to the sound of water and crickets was really wonderful. The restaurant was amazing! We especially loved having pie each morning with our coffee. Speaking of coffee, we loved walking into the cabin and seeing complementary local coffee, waiting for us. I also want to leave a little note that the road up to the cabin was pretty intense and a little scary at parts…But if you take your time, it’ll be worth the drive! "
"We had a terrific stay! The property was very clean and well-stocked and close to the Foothills Visitor Center at the NP. Plenty of parking in the driveway. The deck out front was a beautiful spot for coffee in the morning and we grilled and had dinner on the patio out back later in the evening after spending the day in the parks. Mark provided helpful information and recommendations for our stay. His communication was always quick and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it highly to everyone. "
"My family stayed at John’s Place from July 3-6 to celebrate my hubby’s 60th birthday. From the moment I booked this place, which was a few months ago, I immediately receive an email from Robin who manages the property with a Welcome Letter and information about the property. She’s pretty awesome! My mother in law wanted to join us and knowing John’s Place can only accommodate 8 people, I talked to Robin to add one more person and said, “No problem.” Our grandkids and kids love the place with lots of things to do but most of all, loved the pool! Would most definitely book this place again. Our grandkids begged to stay a little bit longer and did not want to leave. The kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. We all slept very well and the beds are comfortable. Went to Sequoia National Park for the day since it’s close. Markets are 10 minutes away if you need supplies. It was a wonderful home away from home and my husband enjoyed his birthday. Thank you Robin for being prompt with the communication. John’s Place is lovely! We all felt right at home and good vibes always."
"We loved this place. It has great access to the River with a beautiful view. The campground host was very friendly, and ready with helpful information about the area. Would definitely stay again. "
