I had a great stay. The ranch is nice and secluded with a Kaewah river branch passing right on the property. A nice little trail, and even a little bridge. The outdoor kitchen is fully stocked. The bathrooms are clean and have everything you need. The tents have a fan and a gas heater, towels and beds are pretty comfortable with nice warm comforters. I actually didn’t need the heater even though the temps dip into the 50s at night ( September ). Starlink internet is great and has great reach throughout the property. The one thing I would recommend is get there before dark. The road into the ranch narrows a bit and turns into gravel road for about the last 2-3 miles and it’s a mountain road. The first drive in at night would understandably make some people nervous but that’s not fault of the ranch. I can see why negative reviews involve people getting there after dark in bad weather especially. But other than that if you want a nice quiet stay close to sequoia, book it.
