"Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first ..."

"Rummen var rena och städning skedde samtliga dagar utom en av okänd anledning. Receptionspersonalen var trevliga men det fanns en tydlig kommunikationsbrist mellan reception och städpersonal. "Friendly staff but facilities are a bit old and deteriorating. Most important thing is there was only one time of changing of beddings and towels no matter how long you staff there for unless you pay. In addition, having a washing machine in the apartment is a good idea for those long stay."
