“The property was cute and right on the docks. You could watch the herons fishing. The walk to the private beach wasn’t far and the beach was gorgeous. “Fantastic beach view from balcony. Watched sunrise and sunset drinking coffee on the balcony.Be advised there is one set of 15 steps to get to the 2nd floor. We are 65 so that was a challenge.....but well worth it. Beach access is down the steps ( yup the. Same ones) and around the buiding and across a short bridge. A couple of "i gotta stop" and "almost theres" and you are on THE beach. Best part is no keys to keep up with on the beach as you have an electronic lock code for access. Fluffy……

“We had an overall enjoyable stay at the condo, especially thanks to its fantastic location. The space was comfortable and worked well for two couples. There were a few areas that could be improved. The kitchen was very understocked, and unfortunately neither ice maker was functioning during our stay, no tea pitchers, toaster did not work (host replaced toaster quickly). We also would have appreciated having extra blankets available. The game room had a noticeable odor, which might be helped……

“This was a lovely 1 bedroom condo. Easy walking to the shoreline. Quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and golf cart riding. The steps were easy to climb to get to condo. “We stayed here in March 2026 for our spring break trip and had a great experience. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the beach without needing our wagon. We just carried our bag chairs and beach bag and it was an easy walk. We also enjoyed the Sand Flea bar/restaurant right on the beach. Any time I had a question, the host responded quickly and was very helpful. The place itself is a bit small but quaint and worked well for our stay. We recommend it.”
