Well equipped vehicle and steady nerves are a must.One week before we arrived, we were advised the upstairs bathtub was out of order and would not be available during our stay. Notified vrbo and then Carolina Morning, no one responded for 2 days. Carolina property did not call me for help for 2 days and then refused to help.
