The layout of the home worked great for our group as well. However there were some issues, the dishes must not have been used recently so before using any dish we had to wash. "Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at the hobbit house. The house is absolutely perfect and has everything you need! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen( haven’t used the outdoor grill yet) and relaxing on the couch watching movies. I enjoyed seeing the deer around the property and would drink my coffee watching the rabbits every morning. This trip came at a time where I needed to relax and this was the perfect place to stay.
