“Love it! Leave with full energy. Will comeback soon.”

“Perfect everything. ”

“It was really cozy, with slight issues with bugs and cleanliness beforehand.”

“Had to cut the trip short due to a family emergency. Wish we were able to stay longer. Unit was wonderful, as was the property as a whole. Nice to have pool access, as well as options for food within the community. Common area of building could use a bit more cleaning but that has nothing to do with the unit or host. I would come back.”

“The heritage harbor is a really nice community to stay at and a good location. We visited downtown ottawa, utica and starved rock. The grill is conveniently right out the door near the pool which is also very close. I loved the cute little screen in areas where you can eat your food or play games. They also have a restaurant onsite which was really good. They had live music when we arrived on Sunday outside near the tiki bar. The set up of the house was perfect for my family and we had……

“Great property with so many fun games and very close to Starved Rock State Park.”

“Great location, easy check-in, and clean place with good space and amenities.”

“The property was super clean and comfortable. One of the hiccups was being able to locate pots and pans. We had to have someone come and bring us the missing items. We also experienced very little communication from the host which was frustrating at check-in and check out, but I think that is due to this property being managed by a company outside of Vrbo. but despite the limited……

“bathroom fan was noisy and kept turning on by itself all night. furniture and tables were dusty. ither than that nice little place”

“Bathroom towels were worn out and all smelled really bad. No bath soap, shampoo, bath/shower mats in bathrooms. Bathrooms not very clean. Not enough forks, no teaspoons and most non stick pans lining were worn away.”

“Cute setting”

“I booked the house for a work trip for three weeks. The grill was filthy, rusted, and the electronic ignite didn't work. It took two weeks to get a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the old one was left there as well. No grill brush provided to clean it and no cover to protect it from the rain. The carpet on the stairs and upstairs in the bunkbed room was dirty with dark spots. The outdoor patio furniture was dirty and torn. Housekeeping attempted to launder it but ended up throwing the……
