The room had a kitchen with real plates and silverware, a microwave, a refrigerator a dishwasher, a bathroom with a walking shower, and then in the morning breakfast was served on real plates with real silverware. It was very clean, very nice. I was certainly impressed. I have never found all of the amenities in one place like you have. I didn't get a chance to go outside and use the outside Terrace area.……

“We spoke to 2 different associates on two separate days, both ensuring a late checkout of 1pm. At 11am, the manager called our room and rudely told us we needed to leave, she didn't see where we were doing late checkout. When we went to the desk to talk to her she totally thru the previous day's associate under the bus saying "I've had a lot of problems with her." That's not the customer's issue nor should a manager do that in front of a customer. Her rude demeanor and refusal to accommodate……
