“The guest house was very peaceful and call me. We were there during a time of bereavement and it was a special place to us. It was very comfortable and accommodating. Everything was clean and inviting. The snacks on the kitchen table were a bonus! Communicating with the host and owners was also a plus. We would not hesitate to stay there again when we are in the area.”

“This property, the beds!!! The patio furniture, the hot tub, the fire pit with fire starter, the chaise by the fireplace. They left a smores kit for us even!!! Nothing short of impressive!! Only complaint is the TV in the living room doesn’t work, seems to need to be reset or updated or something it just says loading for hours.”

Everything you might need is available at this home. It is quiet, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the home to friends and family.”

“The home was very quaint and very tidy. The owners provided items for smores and even had fresh baked cookies ready for our arrival. I loved the decor and the Easter pieces that were mixed in. The yard and view were lovely. We visited a lot of the local places nearby and we were able to enjoy smores at the end of the day. We would stay again. The only downside was the beds were super firm. I know many probably sleep well on a firm bed so that wasn't too big of a deal.”

“We gathered three generations here for a long weekend. The setting was quite lovely, lots of trees and set back from the road for added privacy. There was plenty of room for all the kids and adults to spread out. Weather was great so we spent quite a bit of time on the covered deck. No problem fixing up a family sized breakfast in the well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. If we have another Nashville area family gathering we would definitely stay here again.”

“We chose Blackberry Hill because, with a strenuous hike, the lake was accessible! Now, you do have to turn and hike down levels once you reach the end of the steps, but there is a great rock ledge. We navigated down with kayaks, fishing poles and a paddle board, and a 5 and 2 year old!!! But once we got to the water, it was incredible! If you want to get to the water on Centerhill lake, I recommend Blackberry Hill!”
