I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but my most recent visit was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, the front desk associate seemed indifferent and unhelpful. She remained seated, treated my check-in as an inconvenience, and provided no information about the property beyond asking for my ID and credit card. As someone who spends roughly six months of the year in hotels, it has been a long time since I experienced such a lack of basic hospitality at check-in. The room itself was very nice, with the exception of the bathroom. It appears housekeeping was in a hurry, as the shower had not been cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was standard fare—adequate, but nothing noteworthy. Given my previous positive stays here, I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. I hope management addresses these staffing and housekeeping issues promptness.

This hotel is run down, smells horrible, the staff in the morning glared at me each time he saw me in the lobby, and the room was filthy. Unfortunately, I did not get to the room until late and was unpacked by the time I realized what I got myself into. Carpets were sticky, toilet had dried urine on it, bathtub was disgusting, bed felt like a pile of springs under a sheet, corners of room had piles of debris covered in dust, and the "breakfast" was completely inedible. In hindsight I wish I would have slept in my car or a cardboard box in the alley. BEWARE!!!!!!!

Nice Underground Parking across the street. Restaurant was amazing! Easy walk to football stadium! Lots of food options around the area. Hotel rooms were on the smaller but big enough for family of 4 to be comfortable on not feel crowded. Will be back next year for an NFL game!

Loved it
