OMG. Construction at the front entrance. Valet parking area was completely confusing. Went to the parking garage, parked, then headed in the nearest door. What do you know. The casino. OK kids, let’s go back outside and walk ALL the way around this building since there’s no way to get to check in except through the casino. Very inconvenient start with kids and luggage. Hotel staff “awesome “. Casino staff “🤔”. work on people skills. Kids hungry…dining depot not open. Want pizza?? Not with kids, you’re out of luck since it, along with Shucks, is IN the casino. Nice area to walk along the river. Found an exceptional restaurant down the road. Eat at Capital Grille. Food was delicious, staff=awesome.
