The lady who cheak us in was so nice. And very polite and the house keeper was polite. Came knocking on door at 9 45. Am we dint need anything. Thank him and he went on his way.

Not a chain as implied by the name, their deposit listed on Expedia is not the same as what they are looking for when you arrive. It is all done through text as no one works the front desk. You have to travel far back down a service road to find hotel. Lost out on money as I wasn’t comfortable with change in deposit or surroundings of hotel.

It was a confusing check in progress because the key was missing.. there was no safety lock inside the room . Which was a concern because of their confusion with keys

Nightmare in the making!!

I thought this place would be a great idea even though it didn’t have any ratings, but boy was I wrong. First off, they charged my credit card immediately after I booked on Expedia which wasn’t supposed to happen. Then I get there and there is no direct entrance to the property, you have to use a bank parking lot a 1/4 mile down the road to go the back way to it. Then I get to the room and it is small and cramped and has a double bed in it. Then after I ask for a receipt I find out not only did they charge my card for the amount of the room, they also for some reason did an authorization charge of $40 for some reason. I stay almost every weekend at a hotel and never had this much trouble. You would be wise to steer clear of this place!!!

Cozy little hideaway, maybe avoid if you day sleep

Overall, I really enjoyed myself. The room was nothing too fancy, but it had an excellent price, so no complaints there. My standard inspection for bed bugs as soon as I walked into the room show they actually spring for a high-end bed bug cover for the mattress, which tells me they really cared. I particularly like the extra-long desk with included outlets which made for a great space to set up my laptop. Between that and the regular table, I told my wife this would be a great place to set up for a weekend of board gaming. A distinction that I don't give to many hotels at all. My only complaint is that because they don't provide any telephones for the rooms, they twice went around knocking on our doors just to yell announcements through them. As someone who worked late my entire visit, I was just glad I wasn't sleeping in during those times. The eco-friendliness was another lackluster rating from me, because it was obvious the walls weren't very insulated. I had to turn the heat up in the room to be comfortable, and it would run for a long time, making the room very hot, but then when it would turn off, the room got cold again pretty quickly. Again, not a whole lot I would expect for the price I paid, I just thought it was worth an explanation.

The area was very sketchy, as were the people going to and fro. Hard to find, down some back alley near a railroad track. Upon arrival followed check in instructions and there WAS NO KEY IN THE BOX AFTER I OPENED IT!!! Tried red button on phone and every phone number I had for the Inn, but never got a person to help me! Had to hurry and purchase room at a different hotel for the night!!! I want a refund!!!!!

Nice rooms and clean for price. This is more of a motel. Is down a side road that needs work and the outside of the facility doesn’t give the greatest first impression. Front desk appears to not be on site unless requested.

I liked despite being a older hotel extremely clean, had character and a great rate. Loved the soft towels and you could open windows both sides even out towards beautiful courtyard. Stayed days after so I would recommend. Courtyard had beautiful flowers and if water routinely even nicer. They should deadhead their roses to get better rose bushes and I never got a chance to talk to gardener; regardless pleasing to the eye. Outdoor seating awesome which is important getting fresh air and not couped up in room. The train was loud but I lived next door to a dinner train for 14yrs so I can sleep through anything and if you had air on you wouldn’t really hear. They should but that as a disclaimer so people know what to expect. Coffee would have been nice but it’s not a chain hotel. Quiet and no sketchy people. I think more security cameras would have been good too but I experienced no problems. No deadbolts and no card key lock to turn at night which I think would have been better for security purposes. I put my luggage behind door and worked just fine. Staff was wonderful and friendly.
