"The property was quite lovely, both inside and out. We stayed in a garden room, which was in the older building. We were steps away from the adult pool and right next door to the building with check-in, the spa, and the breakfast area. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would definitely go back. However, for the price, I did not expect to experience two issues: (1) the wall unit A/C never really got the room very cool, and (2) a previous occupant's undergarments were left in the dresser."

"House is in good shape, and some of the issues in the past years have been fixed. Frying pans and utensils are in bad shape and need replacement (we brought our own since this has been ongoing for the last couple of years). Owner was very responsive when we had an air conditioning issue and had someone come out immediately. We'll be back."

"The house is in a good location, close to downtown and close to the beach. It's a newer property, however, the upholstery on the kitchen/dining room chairs and the living room couch wasn't clean. We contacted the property managers and they were responsive over text but ultimately never sent anyone out to clean even after we asked several times. They kept blaming it on "the local crew." Not a great experience when you're paying 1500/night to have food stains etc on the furniture where you're eating, hanging out and relaxing. Also, the sectional and chairs in the living room are terribly uncomfortable."

"We stayed in the carriage house for a couple nights for our first beach vacation with our 3 month old and had a great experience! Christy was so accommodating and responsive. She had a pack and play, baby monitor, bouncer, and beach cart we were able to borrow. We also brought our dog and the house had dog bowls, pet towels and blankets, and dog toys. The rental is in such a prime location to the beach and the main strip of bars and restaurants in Rehoboth. Highly recommend this rental to any small family. "

"Great location, short walk to the beach. Plenty of space to gather for meals, family board games. We had a barbecue for Father’s Day, and my chef husband was pleasantly surprised with all the tools available in the kitchen and grill, and nicely organized. Host shared tips for dog friendly spots to explore. We also appreciated that available for a long weekend, since many rentals only offer week stays during the summer."

"His was our second time staying at this spacious cottage, convenient to beach and boardwalk. The large screened porch was a great place for family gatherings. Kitchen was well equipped. Bath facilities were lovely. Beds comfortable. We were lucky to have beautiful beach weather. "
