Weekend cousinade, la bâtisse est très bien pour accueillir beaucoup de monde cependant elle est dans un état de délabrement total des volets qui manque, plafond qui tombe dans une chambre juste au dessus du lit, des termites, fuite d'eau dans une des salles de bain, fuite d'eau des wc, tables extérieure ...
