"Don’t miss your opportunity to rent this apartment on your visit to Washington D.C. The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance to the Iwo Jima memorial and Arlington Cemetary. The metro stop is 3/10 of a mile down the street. There are bar/restaurants on Wilson which is a block away from the apartment. "A lovely flat with lots of windows and comfortable surroundings. Caroline was easy to reach and very helpful. She even ran over a baby gate for the two-year-old in our group. Only comment would be that the "double beds" in the living room was a recliner couch that really didn't work well as a bed. There was an air mattress available, but our twenty-something chose to sleep on the couch as is. The P6 bus was right outside the door and got us around well."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and even smelled nice! NJay was a great host and easy to communicate with. I stayed for a little over 2 weeks by myself and felt safe. The parking seems a bit obscure but it was very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and private and not far from most key spots in the DMV."

"The property was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had everything we needed along with such an easy check in and out process. The location was great and having access to its on parking garage was wonderful. After an outing, we came back to find that our air conditioner had stopped working. I let the property manager know and within 45 minutes maintenance was there and had the problem fixed! We had a very good experience and would recommend this property to others."
