Beautiful and comfortable suite room. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were stained with blood, the wall in front of the toilet had blood stains as well like when someone splat drops. When offered to bring new sheets, room service left them on the chair and told that we could change them outselves and leave the stained ones on the room. What started as a pleasant stay, quickly turned into a mess, when we found that there was chinese rice under the sheets as well. The faucet was loose to the touch, and the shower floor was very slippery and we had to run the hot shower for a few minutes while it cleared and not be slippery at all. Room noise insulation is not that great, we could hear people talking while walking on the sidewalk, even if it was around 8-10 feet from the room door. Also, we could hear the guests from the next suite talking, so noise insulation or wall separation is actually thin. It could have been better but there were clear signs that the room was not cleaned at all, probably not serviced after previous guests.
