“It is a lovely little villa in Split ! Very easy to walk everywhere from there . The staff sent many emails for information and guidance . The breakfast was delicious and the lady working at the breakfast was so nice ! It’s a lot of stairs for luggage so if you aren’t capable of carrying bags you need to arrange for help but it was a lovely stay !”

“This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. There were no signs outside the property to help you identify it. After back to back messaging via the Expedia app, we managed to locate the apartment. The front desk is not even managed 24 hours, which is a minimum criteria to obtain a 4 star rating. There was no mini bar, no safe in the apartment. Very misleading to advertise as a 4 star property on Expedias website.”

“The location is perfect. It's very close to Split Old City and most of the places are in walkable distance. The host is very friendly and flexible. Room is clean, toilet is spacious with heating/warm floor. Bed is comfortable and clean.”

“Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment. Wonderful host and fabulous breakfast. The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the Palace and 10 minutes to a lovely sandy beach, so a perfect location. The kitchen could have provided a few more pieces of kitchen equipment as we tend to self-cater but it didn't spoil our visit. The welcome was warm and friendly and provided lots of information on where to go and what to see including details of walks along the coast. We wouldn't hesitate to……

“The bathroom was very spacious and had a heated floor! AC worked very well in the room, smaller rooms but had everything we needed. Within walking distance to Old Town and many good food spots and shopping. Breakfast was good and they can make omelets upon request. Hosts were very friendly!”
