“Continental breakfast is a pop tart, instant oatmeal, banana, orange, pudding, mac and cheese packet, and coffee. Juice machine was broken. Locked out of the building because room key did not work at the door after hours. Manager was upset for waking him up to open the door. Customer service was poor. Had to prove I needed the receipt from THEM because I booked through Expedia even though I paid at check-in. The manager actually argued the point and then "found" the receipt. Never again.”

“We were only there for one night and the entire experience was good. The breakfast was mediocre and pretty typical for free continental breakfast. The hot tub was not in working order, but that happens on occasion. The staff was excellent and very friendly at check-in and allowed us to even have a late checkout, which was helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.”
