We choose this hotel because it is across the street from the hospital. We will stay here again because of the excellent service, clean rooms and quiet atmosphere in the city. We had hoped to have an early morning surgery and we could walk across the street to the hospital and leave our car in the hotel parking lot till checkout time. Of course, we were delayed at the hospital and so I called the hotel to see if we could leave the car a couple of more hours and they were so kind and allowed it till early evening. I was so grateful because I hate the hospital parking garage. He said if I was unhappy to call him. I was unhappy and called him and he moved me to a different room and brought me a fan.
