I had surgery at Mayo Clinic right across the street this is the most convenient hotel to stay at. Parking is included and breakfast.

Easy check in and check out. Close to the hospital and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very nice. They have a great shuttle too.

Construction in the area is crazy, but if you are looking for a good price near the Mayo Clinic then this is your hotel. The sister property was almost 3x the price. Still has good access during Mayo construction. Directly across from Saint Mary’s

The property was an older, but remodeled hotel. Excellent location. It was in the downtown area, near the Mayo Clinic, and right across the road from St. Mary's Hospital. The continental breakfast was ok. The Canadian Honker restaurant next door was very good and reasonably priced. (also delivered to our room.) The room had a reclining chair which was very nice after my shoulder replacement surgery.

Great location for my stay as my husband was a patient at Mayo St Mary’s Campus. Free parking and being able to check out a day early were appreciated. Breakfast was very basic and decor very tired (new carpeting would be an improvement).
