The check-in hostess was very pleasant and the process of getting into our room went very smoothly. My biggest issue is that it was evident the bathroom was not cleaned. The shampoo provided by the hotel was completely out, which wasn't a huge deal, but the toilet had a lot of dark hair on the back of the lid as well as in between the seat and the tank. And there was dry urine on the seat itself. The shower was also dirty, with something black inside the tubs. I'm sure if I had let staff know, it would have been taken care of. But my daughter and I were there for funeral arrangements and I didn't have it in me to say something at the time. Normally the hotel is nice and clean, so I'm not sure what happened.

We checked in after 2am and the check in process was quick and easy. The hotel and room was a bit dated, however, the bed was very comfortable and our room was visibly clean. We would stay there again.
