Rooms are relatively large, gym is excellent for a hotel and the breakfast bar is far better than most other hotels. This has become our new go-to when in the DMV.

Great for Relaxation

I went for a night of relaxation to treat myself after a very hectic week. It was just what I needed. The staff, especially the front desk representative was amazing. The hotel the room were beautiful and very clean. They really takes care of the property. I am definitely going back!!!

Outrageous to Pay for parking

My stay was good. The rooms are nice, but at the cost of the room, it is ridiculous to charge $10.00 per day to park. The cost of the room is almost $200.00 dollars a night and at that price, parking should be included. Will look for other hotels where parking is included in the price

Great value for extended stay clean roomy

Older property in decent shape, may need a refresh in a few years. Clean, good sized rooms and public spaces, convenient garage parking, excellent service and attitudes among the staff.

Google Reviews lied to us!

Check-in was good. However, when entering the room it had a smell to it. The bathroom floor was dirty and there were dirt splatters on the walls. When lifting up the matresses for a bug check it was disgusting (stains on the bed skirt, dirty sock, hair, dirt, ans dust wre under the mattress. The carpet was old and bed was sagging from use. When attempting to go to bed we heard what sounder like water leaking through the ceiling but come to find out it had to have been just the sound od the shower feom the room above us - never could hear somwthing like that before. Definitely will not return!

Over-all, where it counted, I gave the property a 5 star. The room was much nicer than most (at least I liked the layout) and the breakfast was pretty nice, and I liked the ability to go directly into the hotel from the garage though whoever built the property could have done a better job of aligning the garage with the actual floor levels. Our room was facing the busy street and did have road noise all night if you are a light sleeper. One elevator was out during our visit, which caused some delay but not too bad and don't expect that to be the case all the time. Breakfast staff was very accommodating and friendly but since we did not get daily maid service, cannot speak to that staff.
