“Room was very outdated, smelled like mildew, and there has clearly been issues with water leaking as the paint on the walls was bubbled and pealing. Outrageously priced for the quality of the room. Bedding was horrible: small square pillows with a very thin blanket and bedspread the likes of which I haven’t seen in the wild since 1992! Mattress terrible as well. Totally disappointed. Pool was nice and that’s about it.”

“It's a nice little older property has a couple of charcoal grills and a small pool . Kind of plan in the room no pictures on the wall one pillow one pillow each one towel one towel each. A fold-up TVs table / card table is what they had for your table in the room and one TV tray on one side of the bed definitely would have been nice to have 2 TV trays so both people could have a nightstand. But only a mile or so from Old orchard Beach that we did not go to we drove to York beach”

“We loved that we had access to bikes and beach chairs at anytime. We enjoyed a perfect honeymoon exploring Kennebunkport and relaxing at the nearby beach! The staff was excellent and accommodating as well.”

I had gotten there early and she upgraded my cabin to a single to a double then I realized I had no cash for the trolley that came to the property I asked her if I could borrow a couple of dollars and instead of paying her back she asked if I could right a review and I of course said yes. She was such a great person I had no problem sending my 4 year old granddaughter by herself to ask for a……

“Staff were wonderful, clean room, comfy bed, but air conditioner needs to be replaced. Older & outdated, but clean & super nice owners. Located on the main road but surprisingly quiet!”

“The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.”
