"Location, location, location. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is just steps away from the beach, fishing pier, restaurants & shopping. This gorgeous 3rd floor unit overlooks the pond & pool with some fantastic horizon views of the ocean. This is one of the best units in the complex with true southern exposure! Sunrise to sunset, the balcony is fabulous! This condo was just recently purchased and redecorated for the 2021 season! The unit is equipped with a 50 inch flat screen TV and smaller flat screens in each bedroom. High speed wireless internet is included as well. Amenities include a heated swimming pool, fitness room, an elevator and designated parking. When you are finish the day at the beach, take off for some sightseeing. The condo's location on the northern tip of the island offers a quick trip to historic downtown St. Augustine. Entire unit.
