La chambre bien que petite était très confortable et propre. Bien que l’emplacement de l’hôtel est à l’extérieur des sites touristiques, il est facile de s’y rendre par le tramway qui passe juste en face. Il y a des restaurants tout près pour les repas. Le déjeuner s’est pris dans un petit café sympathique juste à côté de l’hôtel. Nous avons bien aimé et y retournons à notre prochaine visite à Édimbourg.

Hotel is located within walking distance of all needs and tourist attractions. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is a problem if you’re in a large vehicle (van) or something similar. Problem was we paid full price for 2rooms that were being worked on. Both showers were broken (knobs missing and never fixed), and the main door to one room had to be replaced while we were in the room in order to shut securely. The only staff in the hotel are a day time manager, and a housekeeper. No way to really contact staff in evening. Note: WiFi network password is readily available to prying eyes through street windows. A hacker’s joy. If it wasn’t for the friendly staff, I would only have given a single star since I paid full price for rooms still under construction.

Excellent situation in old town.

Beautifully renovated apartment room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom modern and overall a great experience. Very close for walking to many different restaurants, retailers and the water front.

Easy to catch local transport back into the City centre. Very clean and Richard was very helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.
