We checked in but when we got to our room, someone had not checked out yet and their stuff was still in there. We had to move to another room. The AC did not work so someone had to come and fix it. An hour later, it wasn't blowing cold so someone had to come again. The internet in our room didn't work THE ENTIRE TIME and when we would call, they would say "we are working on it". When I went to check out this morning, there was full internet in the lobby...but still not in my room. When I told the desk clerk I wanted a discount for this he said "that's weird, its the same internet as out here." I said maybe so, but then why did she keep saying she was working on it when we would call? He said he wasn't authorized to give us a credit or discount, but would talk to his manager (after we had already checked out.). At this point, I don't know if we will get any credit or not, but we were completely unable to work on the internet, something we had planned on for this particular day.
