Excellent

Stayed 6 nights. We had a great time, the kids loved the pool, I really enjoyed the private hot tub. The unit was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels, extra bedding, blankets dishes and utensils, the only thing missing was a pizza pan. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable! It was the perfect place for our stay. The only feedback we have would be to put some blinds in the front bedroom in the top window where the vaulted ceiling is. (Up by the bike on the plant shelf.) The morning sun came and the brightness woke us up quite early. Too early for vacation. 😊 I would definitely stay there again if that room wasn't so bright.

Very Good

I had a wonderful stay. The staff at Red Sands Resort is excellent and responsive. The unit is lovely, very clean and comfortable. It is next to the pool. This is a great advantage if you like swimming. I just want to let people know, who are planning on reserving this unit, that all the bedrooms are upstairs. You have to climb 18 steps to get up there. So if you have an issue with stairs, you might not want to rent this. If not, then this is a lovely place to stay.

Great place. Great amenities

We enjoyed our stay so much in ocotillo springs. The pool and splash pad were fantastic. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only things I would recommend to future tenants would be that if you have guests who have trouble with stairs, the staircase is very long and steep to get to the bedrooms. And for the majority of the week we didn't have anyone staying in the neighboring units, but the last night it was extremely loud next door until at least midnight. The neighborhood is under construction because it is new but that didn't present any issues.

Good

We loved the place as a whole. There were just a few issues. When we arrived we noticed that the washer door was ripped off and sitting on top of the washer. I took pictures and sent them to the text number that I had. Good thing we didn't need to wash our clothes! We also had to call about the air conditioner one night. It was cold in the unit when we got back from being out all day. The note by the upstairs thermostat said not to adjust it lower than the down stairs thermostat. There was not a thermostat downstairs and we had to call for help in turning up the heat. The sheets in the second bedroom upstairs, did not fit and bed very well and I had to keep pulling them back on. We got different instructions on how to close the place down, from the E-mail that was sent and from the app that we downloaded. All in all, the place met our needs and we will probably use it again.

Had a ton of fun

We had such a good time on our little family vacation. The condo was impeccably clean. The couch and beds were super comfortable. We loved how close the back door was to the pool area and we went there a ton. Really liked how the pool area had something for everyone, splash pad, shallow areas, slide, rocks to jump off of, and a hot tub. Never had an issue snagging a few pool chairs though it got busy on the Saturday we were there (rest of the days were pretty chill). The main TV is huge and we were able to log into our favorite streaming apps right from the TV to watch movies. The kitchen had what we needed to cook a few meals and the grocery store was super close. I think we had neighbors but we didn't ever hear them. It was nice to have the hot tub on the back patio. Construction was happening across the street but didn't really bother us. Only negative was that the mattresses on the top bunks of the bunk beds are so thick that it made them higher than the railing. That made us nervous to let our 4-year-old up there even though he begged. :) I would suggest thinner mattresses for the tops even if it sacrifices some comfort. We had such a nice time that we are already thinking about booking another stay in the future.

Oasis

Stayed 5 nights for a softball tournament. Home was clean, neat, and comfortable. Temps were over 100 degrees but the house stayed nice and cool and the pool right outside the back door was my daughter’s favorite thing. The kitchen was missing things like cooking oil and coffee but there’s a market right down the street. The only downside was with pool being so close we did experience loud kids up until 11:00 pm but the convenience was worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Tuacahn

We loved our stay here and hope to come again! It was so close to Tuacahn and shopping, but off the beaten path, which was perfect for us. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't love was that the towels were pretty rough, but other than that it was a great place to be for a few days!

Great place to stay!

Great spot! Gorgeous home with great amenities. Easy process to check in and check out. Very clean and well maintained. Pool area is great but not a ton of space or chairs - a couple towels on the cement worked out! Would definitely stay here again.

Great visit

This was the perfect location for our visit. We participated in a local race, went hiking and enjoyed the beautiful red rock. This house was perfect for our needs. So clean and the hot tub was a win with the kids. Definitely will return if in the area again.

Great place

Nice Quiet place to stay. It wasn't warm enough to use the swim pool but the private hot tub was nice and clean. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Place!

We loved staying at this lovely rental! It was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub, the close proximity to the pool, the ping pong table in the garage, and the good sized kitchen and living room.

Nice place to stay!

We stayed as a group of ladies going to see the Tuacahn musicals, biking, and pickleball. The Tuacahn is close, there are 2 pickleball courts in the community and provided equipment in the garage, and the bike path are right next to the community. It was nice to have 2 king beds. There were 2 super nice mats to sleep on the floor too. Overall, an awesome stay. My only problem was that the check in instructions weren't sent and I had to contact the management company to get them but they got back to be quickly.

Nice place

It was the perfect size for our family and a great location to the pool. I wish we had known the splash pad wasn’t working for the little kids ahead of time. Quick response for any questions we had and I appreciated that. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms were really nice. We had a great visit.

Amazing!!!

The property was absolutely amazing! It was clean and had everything we needed. The small details is what did it for us. Extra pool towels, dishes that matched, super clean! I will request this unit ever time I come to St. George! We come come down twice a year! Amazing!!!

Very Good with a couple of things to fix

It was an awesome place to stay. Felt clean and comfortable. The dishwasher has something growing in the bottom of it. Probably since it gets used very little and hardly ever gets cleaned. The hot tub said it needed to be serviced. The splash pad was closed which was a huge disappointment to my kid, but the pool was a lot of fun and the house was nice.
