The house boasts 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, featuring 6 king-sized bedrooms, 2 master suites with expansive views, and an additional 2 double bunks. This setup ensures that "Taking Flight" can comfortably accommodate a variety of group sizes.

The residence is adorned with fine antiques, original art, and oriental carpets, creating an atmosphere of refined elegance. Every conceivable upgrade is incorporated, including HDTVs in every room. The view was pristine and the amenities were just right. We never used the swim spa but loved the upper deck and the fire pit. Kitchen was well stocked and well appointed. The reason we chose this residence was that it had 6 king beds as we had six adults. Wonderful location and a beautiful home. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful!

We reserved Taking Flight for a family reunion for our kids and grandkids. It was perfect for our needs - plenty of gathering spaces and room to spread out. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed watching the golfers from the deck, but beware of errant golf balls! Several landed in the back yard while we were there. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very nicely decorated and appointed. We enjoyed the swim spa and firepit. We spent a lot of time in Snow Canyon, and this was a perfect location to access the canyon from. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Some of our favorite things about the home were the on-site spa pool and fire pit, the proximity to the new park, and easy access to the community pool, Pickleball, and workout center. The home was decorated with exceptional taste and had everything a renter would need, plus more...including a grand piano! We loved watching the golfers throughout the day from our back deck.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an early Christmas celebration for 11 family members. Home is very pretty and nicely appointed; but there were a few concerns: 1. There are 6 bedrooms supposedly for 16 people however you don’t tell the customer that it’s really 6 bedrooms; 5 couples and one family retreat.We had several single people; asking 2 grown men to share a bed didn’t work well!2. The notes on the house says there is a DVD; not true.3. There were several things that were broken! The globe for a light in the kitchen, a window in the kitchen had a huge crack in it from what appeared to be a golfball, and a window in the foyer is also cracked. A lamp in the family retreat was broken.4. The house needs a deep clean. Dust (thick) on surfaces in the bedrooms and the floors! Walk around the house barefoot and then look at your feet! The floors need to be wet-moped!5. For $1,000 a night it seemed cheap to limit paper towels and garbage bags (you provided 3 bags),

And, the management team is responsive and helpful. This is easily the best place in the St. George area to rent a house for adults and families.

Hot tub was awesome. Fire pit great. Beds were comfy. You are about 15 minutes out of town to the north so keep that in mind. We did not play the ledges golf course. But you are literally walking distance to the course. Only constructive feedback. Get 3ply Toilet paper!!! lol.

The property was as described and looked just like the pictures. It's a bit out of town towards Snow Canyon. It would be a very convenient location for Tuacahn. We were in town for a soccer tournament but we enjoyed Gunlock falls, rappelling and rock climbing and golfing close by.
