Atlantic Aspect, 4 Trelissick Court is one of only 5 properties in Trelissick Court, an attractive building hung with traditional Cornish slate tiles. There are 2 private parking spaces for each property and its position overlooking St Ives Bay gives stunning sea and harbour views. Set in beautiful and well maintained gardens, it is ideal for both families and couples, having safe areas for children to play, and sunny spots for adults to relax. The apartment has been refurbished since purchase in 2018 and is tastefully decorated. The apartment is on the first floor. There is a bright, open plan lounge and dining area, with stunning panoramic views across St Ives bay and harbour, there is a separate fully fitted Kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. At ground level there is large terrace, perfect for eating al fresco. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite with shower & wc, the second bedroom has twin beds, the third bedroom has a single bed. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower. There is free Broadband and smart TV available at the apartment.

Wonderful Stay in St. Ives
A lovely flat with a spectacular view of St. Ives, the port, beaches, and ocean! Light fills this upper floor flat that is large and comfortable. Parking is in the back lot and very convenient. Our host left us a gift basket with delicious local cookies and teas; and milk in the refrigerator, which we greatly appreciated! Just a quick walk to the lovely and vibrant town of St. Ives. Our host suggested many great restaurants, and the restaurants we went to were absolutely superb!! There is a lot to do and see in St. Ives. I’m a hiker and the hikes along the coast are wonderful. We loved this flat and St. Ives!

Excellent views and lovely apartment
We had an amazing week. Extra towels were provided at my request, due to not having room to pack any with a family of five. The apartment is lovely. Lots of living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, it was perfect for us. The steps back home from the town are not for the faint hearted, but it gets better every day with plenty of practice. Would stay here again.

Paradise in St.Ives
our stay in St. Ives was amazing. Mostly due to this beautiful flat. It was clean, stocked and comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The location was perfect, since we did not have a vehicle. Only a 10-minute walk to town. We highly recommend this flat. We will be back for sure.

This property was fab for three generations of our family. Amazing view out to the harbour from the living room. Very clean, all the little touches you need. 5 minutes up the steps from town or a bit longer if steps aren't your thing.

We had a wonderful stay....... the views are spectacular, apartment very clean and has everything that you may need for a stay. We had excellent communication with Scott the owner. He was very accomodating in our arrival date. Like others have mentioned the steps up and down into St Ives are steep. (Allows you to burn off some pastie calories.)

Fabulous place
What a lovely place exactly as the description describes with amazing views to boot. I shared with friends as we were attending a wedding. This was my first time visiting st Ives and it is lovely, the location was great for us too as the church was just down the steps ( they are very steep) but you wouldn’t have the lovely view of both st Ives and it’s harbour without being that little bit higher up. The apartment was very well equipped, with all that you would need, in the kitchen pots pans plates and cutlery etc and the little added extra of (if you didn’t want to cook takeout menus). Great communication between myself and the host and even recommendations to all that surrounded the apartment, and places to eat and all you needs to know for stay at the property. I would definitely return thank you

Great views, but needs a refresh as feels tired
The property has amazing views and is in a good location (yes, it’s up a hill, but it’s essentially two big flights of stairs). There’s a good amount of space in the flat and it’s peaceful. But, the carpets need to be changed (almost everyone had a large stain or just generally worn), we had no hot water the first morning (but Scott was excellent getting this fixed), bizarrely no tea towel or bath floor mat (probably missed by cleaning team) and misleading photos (both balconies are communal (I assume) and by communal front door on ground floor.

A very nice apartment with fantastic views of the harbour and St Ives. The property is very close to the centre but it is up a lot of steps on the way back. So we found taxis and the park and ride bus useful (as my daughter was on crutches) We really enjoyed staying at the property and being local to all of St Ives’ attraction

Although the climb from St Ives is fairly steep, the property overlooks the centre of St Ives and offers easy access to it and the beaches. Comfortable and well appointed flat on first floor. Overall really good accommodation.

The property was well equipped for our stay. Amazing views from the dual aspect windows overlooking St Ives harbour and town. Comfy and relaxing, well equipped kitchen, lovely sized bathroom and on-suite. Totally reccomend.

fabulous views and a great location with parking
We had a great time in this property. The views from the lounge are to die for and the flat was plenty big enough for a family of four with teenage/adult 6ft plus children. We found it very difficult to book tables in restaurants, even phoning a week before we went, so in the end we used the well socked kitchen much more than we were expecting and ate at the open air BBQ Gin Bar, or had chips, bot located on the beach, which was only a 10 min walk from the house. The access into town is very, very, very steep, but that just meant we all got lots more exercise, which was much needed to shift those extra post-lockdown pounds! I would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to return some time soon.

Perfect stay
Before arrival we were given comprehensive information about the rental and area from the owner Scott, which was so useful. The location is amazing, such spectacular views over St Ives and across to Godrevy. Interior is beautifully decorated and well furnished to give a most comfortable stay. Just a 10 minute walk down steps into town and an aerobic steep walk back. A bus is available in town to the nearby Trenwith car park. Loved being back in Cornwall and hope to return to this lovely appartment in the future
